Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today we're taking a look at the CURT Ball Mount Four Inch and a Quarter Inch Hitches. You do have the option to have a rise or a drop, and that's gonna be really nice to custom cater it to make sure that your trailer's perfectly level so you get the best towing experience. And this one we have in our rise position, which gives us a five eighths of an inch rise. Now if you need the drop, which is gonna be an inch and a quarter, you're simply going to take this, flip it over, and you will have to take the ball and flip that and retorque that as well. Now, the ball does not come with this. And the reason being is you wanna make sure that it's going to the coupler that you're gonna be using. more

Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Gen-Y torsion ball mount with a 9" drop for your 2 1/2" hitches. This is gonna be a really high end and pretty unique ball mount. It offers a lot of adjustment in that height. It's gonna have two different ball sizes that come with it and it's got a built-in torsion system to act as a shock absorber. So as our trailer is going up and down, all that shock and vibration is gonna hopefully get absorbed completely by this ball mount or at least most of the way and not transfer that all the way into our truck, creating a much more smooth and enjoyable towing experience. more

Curt Class II Drawbar Review C45518- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the Curt Ball Mount for inch and a quarter inch hitches. Now this ball mount allows us to have a 3/4 inch rise like we have here with our trailer hooked up, which makes it nice and level, so that works out really well. But if you do have a trailer that sits a little bit lower, you still have the opportunity to flip this over, re-torque the ball and then you have an inch and 1/4 inch drop. The ball is not going to be included and when you pick one up, you're gonna wanna make sure that you match it to the coupler and that's the reason it doesn't have it, because we have an inch and a 7/8 here. But if you need a 2-inch ball for your coupler, you can simply pick up the ball that matches your needs. Now when looking at balls, you're gonna wanna make sure that you get one with a 3/4 inch diameter and that way it's going to slide in, no problem. more

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the Curt Euro Ball Mount. Now this one has a five and an eighths ball height and it's also gonna be for your inch and a quarter inch hitch. Now the unique thing with the Euro Ball Mount is gonna be the fact that it's always gonna be in the rise position. You can't just flip this over because the ball faces vertical. So, this one in particular has a five and an eighths inch ball height, and that's measuring from the center of the hitch pin hole of our hitch to the center of the ball. So, a decent amount of rise here is gonna be perfect to get our trailer nice and level. more

Now the great part about this is you are able to have a rise or a drop depending on which way that you tighten the ball down. And it's gonna be simple to just flip that over and you can have a one inch drop or a three eighths inch rise like we have here. Now the ball is not included with this and that's so you can choose the proper size for your trailer. Ours is a inch and seven eights coupler on a trailer that we have here, so we got an inch and seven eights ball. Now if I went to a two inch, you can simply pick that up. more

Hello, neighbors, it's Brad, here at etrailer and today, we're taking a look at the Curt Class One Draw Bar. Now this is gonna be a great option for those of you with an inch and quarter inch hitch and it's going to come with a two and five eighths rise, like we have it here, but you can also flip this over and get a drop out of it. So you'll flip this, flip your ball over, re-torque it and then you're gonna get a three and a quarter inch drop. Now this is able to be used in a rise or a drop position and you can see we have it in our rise position to kind of, level out our trailer here. And if you we're to go into a drop position, it's pretty simple, you're gonna take that ball and you will have to actually re-torque it down. You'll just flip that over, put the ball in, tighten it down and torque it and then you can have it in your drop position. more

Curt 1-1/4 inch Hitch Drawbar Review- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer, and today, we're taking a look at the Curt Class II Draw Bar. Now, this is gonna be for an inch and a quarter inch hitch, and it's gonna have a 3 1/8 inch rise. Now, we have our Class II hitch on our Malibu here today, and normally, you kinda don't think about pulling a trailer with something like this, but if you have a small utility trailer or even some jet skis, something along those lines, you need a ball mount to accomplish that. And this is gonna be a great option for those inch and a quarter inch hitches, and being a Class II, it's gonna have decent capacity surprisingly, so your gross trailer weight rating is gonna be 3,500 pounds, so the weight of the trailer plus the accessories loaded, as well as a tongue weight rating of 350. So if you have a small trailer, this is gonna work great, just make sure you're checking your hitch and your vehicle before just hooking up and towing. Now, this draw bar does not come with a pin and clip to keep this in place, so you're gonna wanna pick one of those up, maybe even a locking one, that way, you can leave the ball mount on the vehicle. more

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're taking a look at this BMW Tow and Stow Three Ball Mount for your two inch hitches. Now, this BMW Tow and Stow adjustable ball mount's going to slide right into your two inch hitch receiver and lets you tow a variety of trailers with different tongue heights. This comes with a one and seven eighths inch, two inch, and a two in five 16th inch hitch balls to allow for even more flexibility, making this a great ball mount to consider if you own multiple trailers. Now, the strength of this Tow and Stow is that when you are not towing, you can flip this ball mount platform around and stow it beneath your hitch, so you won't bang up your legs or your shins when you are walking behind your vehicle. So, I'm just removing the pins and clips here, just to give you a brief demonstration of how you can stow this. Obviously, this is going to work quite a bit easier when you have this in your two inch hitch, but as you can see, you can just slide the ball platform all the way down and then flip it behind and then that's going to give you a flush back here. more

Gen-Y Stacked Receivers Torsion 2-Ball Mount Review- Video
Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today, will be taking a look at our Gen-Y Torsion 2-Ball Mount with the stacked receiver for three inch hitches right here at etrailer. So this is a Gen-Y Torsion, because this helps absorb that movement. So when you're driving around, you have something hitched up, there is gonna be chucking, there is gonna be movement, but this helps absorb that movement rather than moving it all around. The way this does that is you do have bushings inside of there. So you're gonna have these tubes with the rubber cords on there, so as it rises and falls, it helps absorb that, but it also prevents it from twisting too far, and rather than air bags that you have to fill up and maintain, this all works inside the ball mount, you do have some zerk fittings, which can help maintain for the long term. And so, if you don't wanna deal with air bags, you want something you can just pop into your hitch and then go, this might work out for you. more

Now this ball mount with the built in hitch balls will let you hook up your trailer to your tow vehicle. The shank right here is what it'll slide into your two inch hitch receiver opening and the hitch balls up front here will provide the connection points for your trailer coupler. If you notice, they do have a dual ball platform here so they'll offer two different size hitch balls to let you tow trailers with different coupler sizes. Has a two inch diameter here and a two and 5/16 standard ball here. more

Curt Class I Drawbar Review C45024- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at E-Trailer and today we're taking a look at the Curt Class 1 drawbar four-inch and a quarter-inch hitches with a five-inch rise. Now, being Class 1 means that the weight capacities for this aren't particularly large, but it's going to match up two small capacities that the vehicle, as well, as this small trailer have. And it's gonna be coming in at a gross trailer weight rating of two thousand pounds which is gonna be the weight of this trailer plus the accessories loaded onto it. And also our tongue weight, which is gonna be pushing down here. And it's gonna be the pressure here on the inside of the receiver tube opening. That's gonna be two hundred pounds. more

Curt Class II Euro Style Drawbar Review C45571- Video
Brad Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer. And today we're taking a look at the Curt Euro Ball Mount. This is gonna be four inch and a quarter inch hitches. Now this is my own personal vehicle and while I don't really tow trailers with it much, being able to hook up to this utility trailer to just move my riding mower around or even take it to the track to load up some supplies is really nice to have that option. And this ball mount does a really good job of keeping our tongue nice and level and also giving it a clean look in the process. Now if you've never seen a Euro Mount before or never heard of it, it is a little bit different looking than your typical ball mount. more

Curt Class II Drawbar Review C45015- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at e-trailer. And today we're taking a look at the Curt Class II Drawbar with 5" rise, 4" and 1/4" hitches. Now this is my own personal Fiesta, and while the ground clearance is very low it doesn't mean that I can't pull a trailer. I have a hitch, so I'm able to put a drawbar in like we have here. And me having that 5" rise is gonna allow me to have this tongue nice and level out, that way I can move my riding mower or even load up some track day supplies. Now, obviously before hooking up to the trailer you're gonna want to adhere to the weight capacities, and that's kind of the norm for any vehicle that you're gonna tow with. more
